Bringing chamber music to concert halls, classrooms, and communities across Kansas
SYZYGY Trio performs for audiences of every kind — from concert series and conservatory stages to elementary school assemblies and high school masterclasses. Whether you're planning a full evening concert or a school-day residency, we'll work with you to build a program that fits your venue, your audience, and your goals.

COMMUNITY & EDUCATIONAL OUTREACH
We believe live chamber music belongs everywhere — not just the concert hall. SYZYGY Trio offers a flexible menu of community and educational programs that can be booked on their own or combined into a single visit or residency.
“The Highs and the Lows” — for elementary & young audiences
An interactive program exploring the science and fun of high and low sounds. Students discover how different instruments are built and played, and why each produces the pitches and timbres it does — through live demonstration, comparison, and audience participation. Flexible for assemblies, individual classrooms, or multi-class sessions.
High School Masterclasses
Standard masterclasses in brass, woodwinds, and piano for high school instrumental students. Students perform for the Trio's musicians and receive individualized, constructive coaching on technique, musicality, and performance practice in a supportive, small-group setting.
Individual & Small-Group Lessons
Private and small-group instrumental lessons available in bassoon, tuba/euphonium, and piano.
Music Business Sessions
A practical, real-world conversation for students and young musicians on careers, entrepreneurship, and professional life in music.
Mix and match: Presenting organizations are welcome to combine activities into a single visit — for example, a school-day residency pairing an assembly performance, elementary outreach, and afternoon masterclasses. We'll work directly with you to design a schedule that fits your students and community.
